Chelsea DeCrescenzo Gozzi
ASSOCIATE, Interior Designer, NCIDQ
Chelsea’s interest in design was passed down from her parents: her mom ran a part-time custom drapery business from home, and her dad designed the house he built for the family. After a childhood under the thrall of Martha Stewart, and a degree in interior design, she now manages interior projects at Schwartz/Silver and the detailed computer modeling they require. Her work at the Peck Federal Office Building in Cincinnati was a $30 million renovation of 400,000 square feet of office space for four major GSA tenant agencies. The project included a cohesive design for furniture and finishes for offices, conference rooms, multi-purpose rooms, reception areas, hearing and interview spaces, and break areas. Chelsea serves as an invaluable resource for all Schwartz/Silver projects.
