Ashley U. S. Courthouse (and We’re Hiring!)

Schwartz/Silver, in association with the Ohio firm of Schooley Caldwell, is undertaking the $83 million renovation and addition of the historic Ashley U.S. Courthouse in Toledo. The project, part of the General Services Administration’s Design Excellence Program, will restore the 1930 structure and create a modern 100,000 square foot addition. The Courthouse will contain a Bankruptcy Court, Magistrate Courtroom, three District Judge Courtrooms, Grand Jury Suites, District Clerk, and offices for the US Marshall’s Service and US Attorney’s office.
