Welcome, Ashley, Hannah, Sofia and Vera!

We are excited to welcome Ashley Dotson , Hannah Wang , Sofia Kuspan and Vera Xie (from left to right) to our team!

Ashley undertook interdisciplinary projects when she studied at Rensselaer Poltytechnic Institute, which led to research-focused studios centering on environmental stewardship and sustainability, and the connections between occupants and their environments.

Hannah received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Rice University and is a licensed architect in the state of Massachusetts and serves on the Membership Committee for the Boston Society of Architects.

Sofia’s interest in design was strongly influenced by her architect father. Her preservation skills were stretched by summers working with her family restoring a 1940’s Usonian style house and is committed to design that acknowledges the influence of history and the site in the built environment.

Vera established her own venture and actively participated in architectural design competitions, renovation projects and commercial space designs, now brings this comprehensive design approach to her work at Schwartz/Silver.
